Very comfy bed, outstanding room that has a clean bathroom. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location for visiting Al Ain, it's near to Al Jimi mall and Al Massa 1.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a local area close enough to Al Jimi mall, and Al Massa. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. A nice size rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent staff and exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location, perfect for me.

Good location, reasonable rate. Large comfortable room.
Decor could use some updating and there was no way to figure out how to turn out the main light in the room. Finally I just removed my key from the power supply in order to go to bed. Check in staff couldn't have been nicer but I suspect management has removed from them the ability to make discretionary decisions. I had a fairly easy problem but they were unable to solve it, never the less they did not lose their good humor, they were very service oriented. Food in the restaurant was prepared fresh and was a good value.

The rooms here are huge and reasonably large. The fairly clean bathroom is absolutely the best. The location it has short walk to a shopping mall, and Al Massa is favourable and unbeatable. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Jahili Public Park.

We had a pleasant experience in this nice hotel. Its location at a medium distance from Fun City was favourable. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away. We appreciated the huge and tidy rooms.
The staff we met were not particularly friendly.
